Another thing, if you are very into alcohol, especially the hard liquors like whiskey and Jack Daniels, you can try cutting down on alcohol too, because alcohol also causes impotence in males. You would not only be doing favors for old Willy, but you would be doing your liver something nice too. Now, when you are done with these alterations, you can try to do exercise. Exercising is good for the cardiovascular system, and improving your blood circulation would not only improve old Willy’s performance when needed, but would also benefit the heart.
